Kathy's Just Desserts entered in the Make Mine a Million Dollar Business competition, through Count Me In. Kathy participated in the Count Me In Leadership Institute in September, 2009.
Kathy was asked to speak at a woman entrepreneur's conference for Chester County Women's Commission's "Women Mean Business" event on November 14, 2009. Kathy was on a panel with two other women business owners, speaking about her ideas for "thinking outside the box" as a means for getting exposure for her business.
Kathy continues to grow her business, especially her kids' culinary programs, now known as Kitchen Wizards - we help kids of all ages to discover the magic of cooking, one bite at a time!
